How Refills Work
We want to make sure you never run out of medication without a refill standing by. To help us do this make sure you have a follow-up appointment scheduled before you run out. If you do run out before you have your next appointment, follow these steps:
1- Contact your pharmacy and inform them that you are running low before you run out.
2- Have the bottle with you when you call them so they can get all the information they need.
3- They will either refill you prescription, or send us a message.
4- We will review the request in 1-2 days and send you a message about what next steps to take, which may include scheduling another appointment.
Please note: Refill requests are only processed Monday – Friday and can take up to three (3) days to complete. So, please help us avoid problems by giving us as much notice as possible so we can do good work for you.
