Position: Nurse Practitioner – Mental Health Specialist (APRN, CNP, PMHNP)

Provide Diagnostic and Medication Management services to clientele, both in-person and virtually.
Complete required paperwork within 72 hours of session.
Collaborate with Support Team regarding scheduling, communication and prescriptions for clients.
Work closely with Billing to ensure appropriate fees are being charged.
Collaborate with other providers at ALL IN regarding clients shared with them, as needed.
Help keep individual and overall office space tidy.
Communicate with Leadership if there are any questions or concerns regarding caseload, paperwork, schedule and so on.
Remain updated with CEU’s and licensure requirements as stated by your board.
Other duties as assigned.

A Fully-Licensed LMFT, LP, LPCC, LICSW in the state of MN free from restrictions, or licensed within 3 months.
A hard-working, reliable, and trustworthy professional.
Willing to ask for help when needed, does not try to be the hero for everyone.
Can work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
Enjoys contributing to a positive work culture.
An interest in a particular population, clinical area, or modality (passion for treating OCD, ADHD & Autism, and/or BIPOC clientele a major +)
Experience with SimplePractice EHR, or strong ability to learn.
Deep familiarity with confidentiality standards and statutes.

Starting salary of at least $70,000 (avg 25hrs/week) and opportunity for increased yearly salary when committing to increased avg hours (i.e. 28-34/week)
Full-time only

Pay is a blend of an hourly wage, and a percentage of revenue. This will start to be a combined 60% and increases up to 70% over time.

Private, furnished office if carrying a larger caseload, or a shared furnished office is carrying a smaller caseload
Must be able to carry 10 clinical hours per week (not counting Holidays, Sick/Vacation, etc.).
Full control over your calendar, when you practice in-person or remotely, which clients you work with, and your treatment style.

Proficient use of our Electronic Health Records Systems (SimplePractice, Kareo)
Organize schedule including appointments, cancellations and reschedules.
Complete required paperwork (Progress Note, Diagnostic Assessment and Treatment Plans) within 72 hours of session.
Contribute to the positive work environment in unique, and creative ways.
Attend monthly “happy hour” staff meetings on Tuesday mornings.
Remain updated with CEU’s and licensure requirements as stated by your board.
Other tasks assigned.
Assist Leadership with the Credentialling and Recredentialling when needed.
