Position #2 – Mental Health Practitioner (Pre-Licensed)

About you:

  • Passionate about their craft and obsessive about the client experience.
  • Desires to learn, experiment, and try new ways of creating change.
  • Has a niche or specialty area of practice & desires to become a recognized expert in their craft. Clinicians particularly interested in Couples therapy encouraged to apply.
  • Is a hard-worker and appreciates a casual, contemporary, and collaborative work environment.
  • Working toward full licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW.
  • Can work independently without frequent supervision and coaching from Leadership.
  • Has a Masters or Doctorate in the mental health field.
  • Embodies the values of ALL IN and has a desire to promote our values.

This is a full-time position that includes:

  • Competitive base salary. $45k start, bonus eligible.
  • Clinical Supervision for pre-licensed clinicians at no cost

Duties include:

  • Record keeping in accordance with best practices
  • Conducting in-person and Teleconference sessions, with an expectation to be primarily in-person in the future.
  • Diagnosis, treatment, and case management of a full caseload (25 clinical hours a week, more if desired with increased compensation).
  • Collaborate with colleagues concerning shared clients
  • Light housekeeping to help keep space and office clean and inviting, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Collaboration with other providers at ALL IN, and in the community
  • Attending company meetings, trainings, events, and experiences
  • Client communication and support
  • Contributing to the mission, including taking on non-clinical responsibilities or leadership opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Position #3- Medical Administrative Assistant (15-20 hours per week, Part-time)

About you:

  • High school diploma; certification or experience in medical administration is ideal
  • Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills (email, verbal, phone)
  • Experience in medical administration, or strong ability to learn
  • Experience with EHRs, or strong ability to learn
  • Deep familiarity with confidentiality standards and statutes, or strong ability to learn

This is a part-time position that includes:

Duties include:

  • Send daily follow-up emails to each client
  • Send, receive, and organize all incoming and outgoing faxes and documentation emails
  • Communicate daily with prescribers to ensure continuity of smooth operations
  • Assist prescribers with various aspect of medication prescription.
  • Update and maintain patient health records, insurance, and pharmacy information:
  • Assist Office Manager and Prescribers regarding scheduling, including but not limited to:
  • Assess efficacy of current SOP with an eye to improve our clients’ experience
  • Work collaboratively with other support staff, and Leadership, on projects and tasks
  • 15-20 hours per week, you can mostly set your own schedule.
