The amount you pay will depend on what your specific insurance plan covers and what services you are receiving. For an accurate estimate of your expected out of pocket expenses, contact your insurance directly.

Our fees for sessions are as follows:

● 60 minute therapy session: $215

● 45 minute therapy session: $165

● 30 minute therapy session: $115

● 60 minute med management intake appointment: $330

● 60 minute med management follow-up appointment: $330

● 30 minute med management follow-up appointment: $225

● 15 minute med management follow-up session: $175

● 10 minute med management check-in: $110

All clients are required to keep an active payment card on file at all times. Even if your insurance covers sessions at 100% of the billed cost, we still require an active card on file.

Our billing process is designed to be straightforward and consistent. For clients using insurance, we charge the payment method on file once claims have been processed and the patient balance is determined. For self-pay (fee-for-service) sessions, charges are applied after each appointment.

All clients are enrolled in automatic billing upon starting services, which allows us to securely process payments for session fees, outstanding balances, or applicable late cancellation fees.

We are in-network with the following insurance companies:

● Aetna

● Blue Cross Blue Shield

● Cigna

● HealthPartners

● Medica (not all plans and not all clinicians)

● UMR (not all plans and not all clinicians)

● UHC (not all plans and not all clinicians)

● We only accept MA through BCBS or HealthPartners

Please note: coverage for sessions varies plan to plan. We can verify if we are in-network with your insurance, but we cannot quote benefits. Be sure to contact your insurance before your first appointment to understand what your out of pocket costs will be.

For family or couples therapy sessions, sessions are billed to the insurance plan or payment method on file for the individual under whom the appointment is scheduled. If you would like a specific insurance plan to be billed, please ensure the appointment is scheduled under that person’s name.

If you are using insurance, we submit claims after each session takes place. Insurance processing times can vary, but it typically takes 3+ weeks for claims to be returned. Once processed, your account will be updated to reflect any amount you owe for that session.

 If you are not using insurance for your sessions, the invoice will be available the day after the session occurs, and the balance will be due at that time.

Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, will incur a $125 fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify your clinician.
