Mental Health Practitioner (she/her)

Bethany Weingart, MA

Therapist for Adults, Teens, & Kids.

Bethany is refreshingly real. She is immediately likeable, while also being kind, warm, and professional. She’s one of those people you wish were your friend instead of your therapist.

Bethany came to our clinic highly recommended, and it’s very easy to see why. She entered this profession as a second career, following a brief tenure in the corporate world, the successful operation of a home daycare business, and several years dedicated to raising her family.

I always knew I wanted to become a therapist, but life took me in a different direction. I was determined to make my passion a reality, and I love it.

Bethany is a talented generalist, in which she enjoys working with a wide variety of clients on a wide variety of issues. She helps teens, adults, and couples identify the issues holding them back, and helps them put together a smart and clear plan of change. She will not do the work for you. She does expect clients to be just as invested in making change as she is. But, if you are committed to improving your life, you will find no better ally in that journey than her.

To understand Bethany’s vibe, imaging sitting on the back deck of a cabin, in the evening, having a glass of wine with a friend, and having the type of talk where you open up and really start processing some things. That is Bethany. She can really help put her clients at ease, and her whole aura makes clients feel like they are in the right spot.

Bethany has the perfect blend of professional training and life experience where she can understand many of the client’s issues in a profound way. Still, though, she asks her client’s to bring their own knowledge and experience to the table so that therapy is done together. That is what makes the magic happen; working as a team.

We feel very confident in Bethany’s skills. So, if you read her bio and are thinking she sounds like what you have been looking for, you probably found the perfect match. Go for it!

Bethany practices with a blend of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Based, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Emotion Focused (EFT), Exposure Response Therapy, and Gottman Method.
