NICK WALLACE

INDIVIDUAL & COUPLES THERAPIST, CO-FOUNDER

If there’s one thing I hate, it’s boring run-of-the-mill therapy. After completing my clinical training, I quickly realized how much of a letdown therapy is for many first timers.

I made this commitment to myself: I want therapy to be both effective and exciting; maybe even – dare I say it? – fun! I set out to hone my unique approach to the therapy process and haven’t looked back since.

I’ve trained with some of the most well-respected clinicians across the country. I genuinely believe most people need only three things to break out of self-limiting patterns: to be understood, to be challenged, and to have a concrete outline of the steps they must take to reach their goals. When these three factors align, people become really good at organically solving their own problems. My job is to help you along that path. I take a fast-paced, active approach and offer immediate feedback in-session.

Beyond her sincere dedication to her clients, or her willingness to be with you on whatever your journey is, her greatest strength is her desire to understand. She thrives on helping people learn what exactly is holding them back. Knowing that she can delve in quickly so you can get your breakthrough.
