Robin Melville

Robin is the kind of person that instantly makes you feel comfortable. She’s a therapist you can laugh with, not the kind that feels like you’re talking to a statue. She’s human first, with a therapy background – meaning she’ll connect with you first as a human, then as your therapist.

Robin takes a collaborative approach with her clients, working with you to understand what you want out of therapy and what will work best for YOU to get there. With Robin, therapy is not a scripted process or a one-size-fits-all approach. (In fact, sometimes it can even be fun!)

She recognizes everyone has their own stories, goals, beliefs, perceptions, and values, and all of these shape your work together to ensure your journey is one that feels right for you.

Robin has a knack for getting deep, looking for meaning and understanding, and empowering her clients to find the best versions of themselves. Her approach harnesses the power of your inner voice by focusing on strengths, compassion, and healing. If you’re seeking a therapist that’s going to help you explore the why of your experiences and the how to help you change them, Robin is your gal.

Are you ready to see change in your life? You tell her where you want to go, she’ll be your compass to get you there.

P.S. Swearing is always accepted, and sometimes encouraged.

Robin uses a humanistic existential lens, pulling from Jungian theory, strengths-based techniques, mindfulness, and self compassion, to make meaning of the madness.
