Working with Abbie is a total game-changer. She’s super passionate about her clients, and really goes above and beyond. She genuinely cares, and you can see it in how much her client’s dig working with her.

Abbie is located at our ALL IN-Edina location.

Abbie Poush

Abbie’s super power is that she really can see her clients. By that we mean she pays great attention to listening to her clients. Her initial goal is to truly understand where you are at, how you got there, where you are stuck, and what you need to achieve your goals.

Whether your story is simple or complex, Abbie is going the spend the time to know you on a deep level, to help you know yourself on a deep level.

Abbie also has specialty in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, as well as those with significant trauma in their past.

After getting the layout of who you are and where you came from, the work begins. Her flexibility in her approach fits well for people who may need someone to push them and “call them out” one week, and provide a listening ear the next week.

Just meet with her, tell your story, be open, be honest, and you will make the MOST out of your time with her.

Abbie practices a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered therapies.
