Katherine Borud

She’s great. She’s incredibly kind and very-much embodies all the things that make a great counselor (patient, knowledgeable, and intuitive).

Katherine is located at our ALL IN-Edina Location.

Katherine is quite a good person to have in your corner. That is because she cares, she believes in the power of good therapy, and she tries to get to the bottom of things.

It’s important to Katherine that her client’s know that they can open up about anything. She’s not judgmental, or will give you lectures on things you already know. Instead, she can meet you where you are at, and help figure out the next steps you need to take to get to your goals.

Katherine is particularly experienced with couples, and individuals struggling with relationship issues. We genuinely believe that Katherine craftfully blends textbook knowledge with everyday wisdom to be a great presence, resource, and advocate for her clients.

I got into this work to help individuals and couples change their lives. If that’s what they want to, then we are probably a good match.

She specializes in treating anxiety, and is also trained in Discernment Counseling for couples considering ending their relationship.

Come see why Katherine was recruited so hard to join the squad. She’s pretty awesome.

Katherine practices a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Systemic Therapies, Solution-focused, and Strength-based therapies.
